Five Point Holdings, LLC was established on July 21, 2009, as a Delaware limited liability company under the name "Neuhare Holdings, LLC" and changed its name to "Five Point Holdings, LLC" on May 2, 2016. The company is the largest owner and developer of mixed-use, master-planned communities in coastal California based on the total number of dwellings allowed to be built under existing zoning plans. The company's three existing communities, which have master planning and zoning approvals required to build thousands of family homes and millions of square feet of commercial space, account for a large portion of the real estate available for development in the three most dynamic and limited supply markets along the California coast of Los Angeles County, San Francisco County and Orange County.
