Fidelis Insurance Holdings Limited was founded in Bermuda on August 22, 2014 by Richard Brindle and follows the principles of focused, process-driven and disciplined underwriting and risk selection, strong client and broker relationships, and flexible capital allocation. Fidelis is a leading global provider of customized and specialized insurance and property reinsurance products. On January 3, 2023, the separation transaction was completed and two different holding companies and businesses were created: FIHL and MGU HoldCo. FIHL, the parent company of Current Fidelis, is the issuer of the common stock sold by the selling shareholders in the offering and continues to own all of Current Fidelis' insurance operating subsidiaries, including FIBL, FUL and FIID.
