As a third-party logistics provider, the company purchases freight space by quantity from carriers (such as airlines, shipping companies and trucking companies) and resells the space to customers. The company provides a wide range of transportation services and customer solutions, such as customs declaration agency, order management, scheduled transportation, warehousing and distribution, temperature control transit, cargo insurance, specialized cargo monitoring and tracking and other customized logistics and consulting solutions. In addition, the company's project freight unit handles special project freight that is transported by a single method or a combination of air, sea and land, which usually requires a high degree of specialized attention due to the unusual size or nature of the items being transported.
