Enlink Midstream, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of New Public Ranger Co., Ltd., was formally established on October 16, 2013, and its name was changed to EnLink Midstream Co., Ltd. on January 15, 2014. To date, EnLink Midstream has not conducted any activities other than the anticipated commercial activities required by the merger agreement. EnLink Midstream Holdings Limited is a joint stock company established by Devon that owns, operates and acquires mid-stream assets in North America. Midstream AG collects, processes and transports natural gas for Devon primarily under long-term contracts that include rates, annual interest rate calculations and major terms over 10 years. Midstream AG will also fractionate NGL products. Under its collection and processing agreement, Midstream will not directly publish natural gas and LNG prices because it cannot directly collect, process and transport natural gas or separate LNG. Its mid-stream assets are an integral part of Devon's oil and gas exploration and production business.
