The company is one of the largest distributors in the oil and gas industry worldwide, with a legacy of operating in oil fields for more than 150 years. DNOW operates primarily under the DistributionNOW and Wilson Export brands. DNOW's energy products are available across all sectors of the oil and gas industry — from upstream drilling, completion and production to midstream infrastructure development to downstream oil refining — as well as other industries such as chemical processing, power generation and industrial manufacturing operations. The industrial distribution portion of the company's business caters to a variety of manufacturing and other facilities across a wide range of industries and end markets. DNOW also provides supply chain management to drilling contractors, exploration and production operators, pipeline operators, downstream energy and industrial manufacturing companies around the world. DNOW's global product supply includes consumables MRO supplies, pipes, valves, fittings, flanges, piping, electrical, manual lifting solutions, abrasives, safety supplies and spare parts to support customers.
