Destra Multi-Alternative Fund was formed as a Delaware Statutory Trust on June 3, 2011. It is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company that operates as a range fund with continuous offering of fund shares. The Fund pursues its investment objectives by investing primarily in income-producing securities of Caretrust Reit and alternative investment funds, as well as common stock and structured notes, notes, bonds and asset-backed securities.
