Douglas Emmett, Inc., a fully integrated, self-managed and self-employed real estate investment trust, is also one of the largest owners and operators of premium office and multifamily properties in the premium submarkets of California and Hawaii. Hawaii.Douglas Emmett was established on June 28, 2005 as a Maryland corporation to continue and grow the business of Douglas Emmett Realty Advisors and its nine institutional funds.
