Constellium SE (formerly known as Omega Holdco B.V.) was established as a Dutch private limited liability company on May 14, 2010. On June 28, 2019, the company changed its form from a Dutch public limited liability company to Societas Europaea and changed its name to Constellium SE, with its headquarters still in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The company is a global leader in the design and manufacture of a range of innovative rolled and extruded aluminum products serving packaging, aerospace, automotive, defense and other transportation and industrial end markets. The company's business model is to add value by converting aluminum into semi-finished products and, in some cases, products made. The company provides value-added products for performance-critical applications to a wide range of blue-chip customers. Compared with less differentiated and more commercialized artificial aluminum products, the company's product portfolio generally has higher profit margins, such as common alloy coils, paints, foils and flexible alloys for construction and distribution.
