Cross Timbers Royalty Trust is an express trust created under the laws of Texas pursuant to the Cross Timbers Royalty Trust Deed, dated February 12, 1991, by and among the grantors, the predecessor of XTO Energy Inc. (formerly Cross Timbers Oil Company), And NCNB Texas National Bank as trustee. Bank of America, N.A. is now the trustee of the trust. In 2007, Bank of America Private Wealth Management Group was officially named "U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management".
