Callon Petroleum Company is an independent oil and gas company dedicated to continuously growing reserves and production through efficient operation and low capital and development costs. Since 1950, the Company has been engaged in the exploration, development, acquisition and production of oil and natural gas properties. The company was incorporated in 1994 under the laws of Delaware and inherited a publicly listed limited partnership. The business is a joint venture with a consortium of European investors, and the current management members partly own an independent energy company.
