At present, 11 target markets have been identified, located in the southern and western urban areas of the United States. The company believes that its most basic attributes are high-quality assets — providing high-quality transportation, in affluent communities, with extensive infrastructure and maintenance systems nearby. It exchanges entity ownership for common equity units and cash.
