The company was founded in 1969 by Harold E. Riley. Prior to this, Mr. Riley had many years of experience in domestic and foreign life insurance business. Through domestic market acquisition and international market expansion, the company has been further developed. The company tried to use its experience and operations in the marketing management team, utilizing niche market knowledge and sound distribution channels to try to achieve a bottoming out. The Company believes that its underwriting processes, policies, pricing and proprietary management systems enable the Company to be competitive in the current market while protecting its shareholders and their policyholders.
