Cadeler A/S was incorporated on 15 January 2008 as a Danish public limited liability company under the laws of Denmark and under the Danish Companies Act. The Cadeler Group is a leading offshore wind farm vessel contractor. Headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, Cadeler currently operates two offshore jack-up wind farm installers and has received orders for four new builds. In addition to wind farm installations, these vessels can perform maintenance, construction, decommissioning and other tasks within the offshore industry. Cadeler operates within the scope of transportation and installation of offshore wind turbine generators and foundations, and provides operation and maintenance, accommodation, meteorological mast installation and removal, and decommissioning services in the offshore wind industry.
