Century Communities, Inc., was incorporated as a Colorado limited liability company in August 2002 and converted to a Delaware corporation on April 30, 2013. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the development, design, construction, marketing and sale of single-family townhouses and detached homes in 17 states. In many of their projects, in addition to building residences, the company licenses and develops ground floor land. The company builds and sells residences under the Century Communities and Century Complete brands.
