The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas in Western Canada Sedimentary Basins and Eagle Ford in the United States. About 85% of production is biased towards crude oil and NGLs. The company and its predecessors have been in business for more than 30 years, and the company has a well-established operations team with a good track record of technical proficiency and operational success.
