BlackRock Long-Term Municipal Advantage Trust is incorporated in Delaware as a closed-end management investment company. The investment objective of the trust is to provide current income that is exempt from regular U.S. federal income tax. The Trust aims to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its assets in municipal debt and derivatives assuming such municipal debt under normal market conditions, in each case, which are expected to pay interest or tax-free income from U.S. federal income tax (other than interest that may be subject to the U.S. Federal Alternative Minimum Tax).
