Borr Drilling Limited was incorporated in Bermuda on August 8, 2016. The Company is an offshore shallow water drilling contractor providing global offshore drilling services to the oil and gas industry. The Company's principal business is to own, contract and operate jack-up rigs for operations in shallow waters (i.e., water depths of up to approximately 400 feet), including the provision of related equipment and staff to perform oil and gas drilling and workover operations for exploration and production customers. The company currently has 22 rigs, with two more jack-up rigs scheduled for delivery by the end of 2024. After the delivery of these new jack-up rigs, the company will have a fleet of 24 high-quality jack-up rigs, which refers to rigs delivered from the yard in 2000 or later.
