The company has and intends to continue to distribute profits to shareholders on a quarterly basis. And the company along with its subsidiaries and limited partnerships. Among them, the company and one of its subsidiaries are the sole general partners of the corresponding limited partnership. Its main business is ownership, management and the development of profitable property.
