Ke Holdings, Inc. is a holding company mainly engaged in housing transactions and related services. The company operates in four divisions. The existing home transaction service segment mainly provides agency services for existing home sales or leasing, platform and franchise services and other transaction services for brokerage companies on the "Ke" platform. The new home transaction services segment mainly provides new home transaction and agency services for real estate developers. The Home Improvement and Decoration Division provides one-stop solutions that allow homebuyers to access comprehensive home improvement and decoration services, including interior design, renovation, remodeling, decoration, supplies to after-sales maintenance and repair. The Emerging and Other Services segment is engaged in leasing property management services business, financial services business and other businesses.
