Avanos Medical, Inc., is a company designed to prevent infection, promote health and wellness globalization, eliminate pain and speed recovery. The company has two business divisions: IP and Medical Devices. The Company's products and solutions are designed to address some of today's most important healthcare needs, namely preventing infection and reducing the use of anesthetics to help patients recover from surgery. The Company was established on February 25, 2014 in Delaware for the purpose of controlling Kimberly-Clark's healthcare business. Before the distribution, it and Kimberly-Clark's Clark were engaged in a series of designs, and the ownership of Kimberly-Clark's Clark's healthcare business was transferred to them. Prior to the transfer, Kimberly-Clark's Clark to their healthcare business, it will have no separation and preparation of the formation and distribution of other events outside the business.
