Avidia Bancorp, Inc., was incorporated in February 2025 and became the holding company of Avidia Bank after the bank switched from a mutual aid form to a share form in July 2025. The Company is a registered bank holding company and operates primarily through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Avidia Bank, a Massachusetts Chartered Equity Savings Bank. Avidia Bank offers a variety of deposit products, originates residential and commercial real estate loans, and provides payment processing services to merchants nationwide.
