Atento S.A. was established on March 5, 2014 as a public limited liability company in Luxembourg. The company is a leading supplier of end-to-end multi-channel business process outsourcing services and customer relationship management solutions in the United States and Spain in Latin America, and is among the top three suppliers in terms of revenue worldwide. The company's business started in 1999, providing CRM BPO to Telefónica Group. Since then, it has clearly diversified its customer base and was subsequently acquired in December 2012 to become an independent company.
