Atkore Inc., was incorporated in Delaware on November 4, 2010. The company is a leading manufacturer of electrical products primarily for the non-residential construction and renovation markets and the residential market, as well as security and infrastructure products for the construction and industrial markets. The Electrical Division manufactures high-quality products for power system construction, including conduits, cables and installation accessories. The division works with electrical wholesale channels to provide services to contractors. The Safety and Infrastructure Division designs and manufactures solutions for the protection and reliability of critical infrastructure, including metal frames, mechanical piping, perimeter security and cable management. These solutions are marketed to contractors, OEMs and end users.
