Associated Banc-Corp was incorporated in Wisconsin in 1964 and did not become active until 1969, when it received permission from the Federal Reserve to acquire three banks. Their bank's subsidiary, Union Bank, can trace its history back to the establishment of Nina Bank in 1861. The Company is a Wisconsin-based bank holding company that provides a wide range of banking and non-bank products and services to businesses and consumers primarily within the tri-state area.
