Sendas Distributor S.A. was incorporated in Brazil on January 5, 2004. The company's cash-and-carry business involves the sale of more than 8,000 items, including groceries, food, perishable food, beverages, packaging and hygiene products. In addition, their stores offer ample parking, air-conditioned, well-lit environments, and more than 100 stores offer butcher services. The company's customers include prepared food retailers (including restaurants, pizzerias and snack bars), end users (including schools, small businesses, religious institutions, hospitals and hotels), traditional retailers (such as grocery stores and community supermarkets) and individuals. The company is moving towards digital transformation by developing a seamless buying experience.
