Amcor plc was established on July 31, 2018 as "Arctic Jersey Limited" and is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Bailiwick of Jersey. Amcor is a global leader in the development and production of responsible packaging for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical, home and personal care and other products pursuant to a definitive merger agreement between Amcor Limited and Bemis dated August 6, 2018 (the "Agreement "). The company works with leading companies around the world to protect their products and those who depend on them, differentiate brands, and improve the supply chain through a range of flexible and rigid packaging, special cartons, seals and services. The company focuses on manufacturing increasingly lighter, recyclable and reusable packaging and using more and more recyclable ingredients.
