Antero Resources Midstream Management LLC, the predecessor of Antero Midstream Corporation, was incorporated as a limited liability company on September 23, 2013. The company, a Delaware limited partnership, will be selected as a corporation for United States federal income tax purposes. The Company is the general partner of Antero Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: AM) and owns all of AM's IDRs. The company's main business objective is to execute its business strategy through AM, increasing their cash share distribution to shareholders. Unless the company directly acquires and holds assets or businesses in the future, its income will only be generated through cash distributions received from AM from its interests in IDR LLC.
