Arcadium Lithium plc is established under the laws of the Bailiwick of Jersey. Allkem is a lithium company with a global portfolio of lithium chemicals and spodumene concentrates businesses and projects. Allkem manufactures and develops lithium products globally, and its portfolio includes a lithium brine business in Argentina, a hard rock lithium business in Australia, and a lithium hydroxide conversion facility in Japan. In addition, Allkem is developing new projects in Canada and Argentina aimed at enhancing Allkem's international scale and product flexibility to meet the growing market demand.
