Albany International Corp., established under the laws of the State of Delaware, is the successor to the original company founded in New York in 1895. The original company merged with the current company in 1987 due to the change of company address. Albany International and its subsidiaries are engaged in three aspects of business activities. The company designs, manufactures and sells paper machine fabrics. Compared with other companies, the company produces and sells more paper machine fabrics worldwide.
