Alamos Gold Inc. is publicly listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: AGI) and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: AGI). The Company owns and operates the Mulatos mine, located in the northwestern Sonora province of Mexico. In addition, the company owns Agi Dagi, Kirazli and camyurt gold development projects located on the Biga Peninsula in northwestern Turkey. On February 21, 2003, Alamos merged with Alamos Minerals, a British Columbia company, under the previous British Columbia corporate plan. After the merger, the company continued to use the name "Alamos Gold Holdings".
