Abrdn Global Dynamic Dividend Fund was incorporated in Delaware on May 11, 2006. This is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The fund's primary investment objective is to seek high current dividend income, more than 50 percent of which qualifies for federal income tax relief at the tax rate created by the Employment and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003. The fund also focuses on the long-term growth of capital as a secondary investment objective.
