Apollo Asset Management, Inc., a Delaware limited liability company, was formed on July 3, 2007. Apollo Global Management, Inc., and its consolidated subsidiaries, is a global alternative investment management company whose predecessor was established in 1990. The company's main business is to raise, invest and manage private equity investments, credit and real estate funds, strategic investment accounts represented by pension, pension and sovereign wealth funds, and other institutional and individual investors. For these investment management services, the management fees charged by Apollo generally involve asset management, financial transactions, investment advisory service fees, and interest income related to the performance of the various funds it manages.
