Willis Lease Finance Corporation was founded in 1996 and is located in Delaware. The company is a provider of aviation services, mainly providing commercial aircraft engines and other aircraft related products on operating leases to airlines, manufacturers and maintenance plants around the world. The Company is also involved in the selective purchase and resale of commercial aircraft engines. Willis Leasing Finance (Ireland) Limited, Willis Funds (Ireland) Limited and Willis Leasing (Ireland) Limited are wholly-owned subsidiaries in Ireland created by Willis to advance certain Willis international leasing activities. Ireland's Willis Aviation Finance Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary, founded to provide technical support to promote leasing activities worldwide. Willis Leasing (France) GmbH promotes sales and promotions in Europe. Willis Leasing (China) Co., Ltd. promotes acquisition and asset leasing activities in China.
