WF Holding Limited was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on March 7, 2023. On June 21, 2023, they completed a corporate reorganization under the Share Sale and Purchase Agreement dated May 23, 2023 with Win-Fung and its shareholders, and Win-Fung became their wholly-owned subsidiary. They are a Malaysia-based manufacturer of FRP products. Their products include storage tanks, pipes, conduits, grilles and other customized FRP products. For more than 30 years, they have been supplying high-quality and durable FRP products to a variety of industries, including chemical processing, water and wastewater treatment, and power generation.
