Vestand Inc., was incorporated in Delaware on December 9, 2021. The company, a fast-growing Japanese restaurant operator, was born out of the idea of introducing a modern Japanese dining experience to customers around the world. Focusing on Japanese ramen, the company gained recognition as a leading ramen restaurant in Southern California within six months of its 2016 debut, and continues to expand its top restaurant service throughout Southern California, currently operating ten restaurants, with three new restaurant outlets under construction/development.
