Valley National Bancorp is a New Jersey company organized in 1983 and headquartered in Wayne, New Jersey. It is also registered as a bank holding company with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956 (as amended) (the Holding Company Act). Valley National Bank is a national banking organization chartered in 1927 under the laws of the United States. The bank provides a full range of commercial, retail and wealth management financial service products. The bank offers a variety of banking services, including ATMs, telephone and internet banking, off-site deposit capture, overdraft lines, driven and night deposit services and safe deposit box facilities. The bank also provides customers with certain international banking services, including standby letters of credit, documentary letters of credit and related products, as well as a number of ancillary services such as foreign exchange, documentary collection, foreign exchange wire transfer and maintenance of foreign bank accounts.
