Veea Inc., was incorporated in Delaware on January 11, 2021. The company is a provider of edge computing and communication devices, applications and services hosted on its edge platform as a service (" ePaaS "). Veea Edge Platform ePaaS is an end-to-end platform that can be managed both locally and in the cloud. VeeaHub products are converged computing and communications (i.e. hyper-converged) indoor and outdoor devices the size of a Wi-Fi access point, providing networking and computing solutions for AI-assisted applications and edge solutions at the edge where people, places and things connect to the network. Veea's ePaaS architecture and business model are similar to Apple's iPhone and iPad platform architecture and business model, but extend to the hyper-converged VeeaHub devices provided by Veea.
