American Gold Corporation is a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada, originally incorporated in New Jersey in 1967. Effective June 26, 2017, the legal name of the company was changed from Dataram Corporation to U.S. Gold Corp. On May 23, 2017, the Company merged with Gold King Group (" Gold King ") in a reverse takeover and recapitalization, and Gold King's business became the Company's business. The Company is a gold and precious metals exploration company that seeks exploration opportunities primarily in Nevada and Wyoming.
