USA Rare Earth, Inc., established on March 6, 2023, is a Delaware corporation. The company plans to build a comprehensive platform covering the entire rare earth value chain: extraction and separation of rare earth oxides; conversion of oxides into metals, alloys and strip castings; and production of sintered neodymium iron boron (" NdFeB ") permanent magnets. This capability should address supply chain gaps created by China's current dominance in rare earth processing, metals and magnet manufacturing.
