Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, is a wholly owned subsidiary established in 1994. The Company's wholly-owned subsidiary manufactures and sells semi-finished and finished specialty steel products, including stainless steel, nickel alloys, tool steels and certain high-quality alloy steels. The company's manufacturing process involves melting, remelting, heat treatment, hot and cold rolling, forging, machining and cold drawing of semi-finished and finished products of special steel. The Company's products are sold to service centers, counterfeiters, heavy rolling mills and original equipment manufacturers (" OEMs "). The company's customers further process products for use in a variety of industries, including aerospace, power generation, oil and gas, heavy equipment and general industrial markets. The company also provides conversion services for materials supplied by customers.
