Universe Pharmaceuticals, Inc was established on December 11, 2019 under the laws of the Cayman Islands and is an exempted limited liability company. The company is a modern Chinese patent medicine production enterprise restructured from the former state-owned Ji'an Luling Pharmaceutical Factory. In July 2004, Shangyu Investment Holding Co., Ltd. formally acquired Nature Pharma and invested heavily in the implementation of GMP off-site transformation. The new plant is located in the national Jinggangshan Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of 120,000 square meters. It has seven dosage form production lines for pills, granules, oral liquids, oral solutions, syrups, tablets, and alcohol, and has 26 varieties of national medicine standards. It also owns a large number of famous brands such as "Hundred Years Dan", "Hu Zhuoren", "Dragon Seed", "Yiketing", "Blood Power", "Duolaimei", "Shuerkang", "Hu Zhuoren", "Aibixin", "Yonghe Shuangfeng", etc.
