Sportsman Warehouse was founded as a retail store in Meadville in 1986, formerly a Utah company, and was re-registered in Delaware on December 4, 2013 through the merger of its wholly-owned subsidiary SWM Merger, and was renamed Sportsman Warehouse Company.
