Simple Ltd. was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on August 24, 2022. They are an advanced technology solution provider in the emerging real estate technology (PropTech) field, focusing on helping facility owners and managers self-manage their facilities. It took them five years to develop their proprietary SIMPPLE ecosystem to create an automated workforce management tool for building maintenance, monitoring and cleaning, which includes a variety of software and hardware solutions such as robotics (cleaning and security) and IoT devices. At present, the company's business scope has extended from Singapore to Australia and the Middle East.
