Southern Missouri Bancorp, Inc., incorporated in Delaware, USA on December 30, 1993 and changed to incorporated in Missouri on April 1, 1999, the main business of the bank includes attracting retail deposits from the public and using these deposits together with wholesale funds from the Federal Home Loan Banks in Des Moines and, to a lesser extent, brokered deposits, Invest in one- to four-family residential mortgage loans, commercial real estate mortgages, commercial non-mortgage commercial loans and consumer loans. The funds are also used to purchase mortgage-backed securities and related securities, U.S. government agency debt, municipal bonds and other permitted investments.
