Sigmatron International, Inc., a Delaware corporation, was established on November 16, 1993 and commenced operations on February 8, 1994 through a reorganization to become the heir to all the assets and liabilities of Sigmatron L.P. The Company is an independent Electronics Manufacturing Services (" EMS ") provider providing manufacturing and assembly services from the assembly of individual components to the assembly and testing of box-type electronic products. In the production of assembled products, the Company also provides services to customers, including (1) automatic and manual assembly and testing of products; (2) material procurement and procurement; (3) manufacturing and testing engineering support; (4) design services; (5) warehousing and distribution services; (6) assistance in obtaining product approvals from government and other regulatory bodies; and (7) compliance reporting. The company provides these manufacturing services through a network of international facilities located in the United States, Mexico, China, Vietnam and Taiwan.
