The company operates in the United States and offers customers two main ways to shop: receiving select shipments from stylists through proprietary algorithms (" Fixes "), and purchasing directly through its online platform (" Freestyle "). Its product range covers women's, men's and children's wear, as well as shoes and accessories from partner and private label brands. As of August 2, 2025, Stitch Fix had approximately 2.3 million active clients.
