Construction Partners, Inc., a Delaware corporation founded in 1999. The Company is a civil infrastructure company specializing in the construction and maintenance of roads across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. Through wholly-owned subsidiaries, they provide a variety of products and services for public and private infrastructure projects, with a focus on highways, roads, bridges, airports, and commercial and residential development. Under the vertical integration strategy, the Company's primary businesses include (i) manufacturing and distribution of hot-mix asphalt (" HMA ") for internal use and sales to third parties for construction projects; (ii) paving activities, including construction of roadway bases and application of asphalt pavement; (iii) site development, including installation of utilities and drainage systems; and (iv) mining aggregates, such as sand, gravel and building stones used as raw materials in the production of HMA and sales to third parties, And (v) distribution of liquid asphalt cement for internal use and sale to third parties in connection with the production of HMA.
