The RMR Group Inc. was incorporated in Maryland on May 28, 2015. Substantially all of the company's business is carried out by RMR LLC. Founded in 1986, RMR LLC invests in real estate and manages real estate related businesses. Their business mainly includes four public Caretrust Reit, Caretrust Reit or three real estate operating companies providing management services. Since its establishment, RMR LLC has significantly increased the amount of real estate assets under management by the number of real estate businesses it manages.
