The Company is a national manufacturer and marketer of interconnected products and systems, including coaxial and specialized cables and connectors, fiber optic cables and connectors, and electrical and electronic specialized cables and assemblies. Through the Company's manufacturing and production facilities, the Company primarily provides a wide range of connected products and solutions to telecommunication operators and equipment manufacturers, wireless and network infrastructure operators and manufacturers, and various original equipment manufacturers (" OEMs ") in several market segments. Since its acquisition of Schloff Technologies International in November 2019, the company also manufactures and sells energy-saving cooling systems and integrated small battery solutions and related components.
