RF Industries, Ltd., was incorporated in Nevada on November 1, 1979. The Company is a national manufacturer and marketer of interconnect products and systems. Its product portfolio includes RF connectors and adapters, coaxial and fiber optic cables, custom wiring, wiring harnesses, as well as energy-saving cooling systems and integrated small cellular enclosures. These products and solutions are mainly provided to telecom operators, wireless and network infrastructure manufacturers, as well as various original equipment manufacturers across multiple market segments. Following the recent organizational restructuring, the Company now operates and manages its business as a single reportable segment, combining its manufacturing and sales operations into a unified, customer-centric model.
