RideNow Group, Inc., was incorporated in Nevada in October 2013 as a development stage company under the name Smart Server, Inc. In February 2017, the company changed its name to Rumbleon, Inc. On August 13, 2025, the company changed its name to RideNow Group, Inc. The company was established to design and develop computer applications for smartphones and tablets, providing customers at participating restaurants, bars and clubs with the ability to pay their bills with a smartphone without asking for a check. The company ceased software development activities in 2015 and meets the definition of a "shell company" under the Exchange Act and its rules and regulations when it has no operations, assets or nominal assets.
